You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Linkloft.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Linkloft for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Linkloft offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You retain ownership of links, notes, and content you save. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you save and represent that you have the right to store it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service to store or distribute malicious, infringing, or harmful content

Linkloft, its logo, design, and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
